Chapman School of Seamanship, recognized as one of the nation’s leading Yamaha training schools, is expanding our Yamaha Outboard Training Program to meet record demand. We’re looking for a motivated Yamaha Training Assistant to join our team full-time and help us continue to set the standard for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Yamaha certifications (required)
✔ Strong technical skills with Yamaha outboards and marine systems
✔ The confidence and passion to instruct students and be in front of the class
✔ Physical capability to work in hands-on, outdoor, and marine environments
Compensation & Growth:
💵 Starting pay: $20/hr.
📈 After instructing at least two classes(over 6 months), you’ll be evaluated for a significant pay increase based on performance
